does it even load from the dbc? With lag I've seen tooltips just blank

i thank you for the support but i feel a bit lost and i feel its on me, i have no idea what MySQL is and where its located, i run MySQL.exe to run the server, i know its some form of something that keeps lines of code, its all i know im very sorry.
How to update the query for the emulator? Im good at following orders kek and learn fast
