I think the 1.12.1 emulators load data from MySQL rather than the DBC, but the MySQL table doesn't match the DBC struct

Yep if you're using vMangos for modding it can be tough for that reason.

i did make one .mpq with a folder inside DBFilesClient and teh .dbc was in there but iv been messing around so much idk if thats the one thats in there

Oh it being in a table is better yes. I more meant the progressive loading side of it.
