Depends on the WMO. Some WMOS have only exterior parts while others also have indoor groups.

You can test it by using a WMO that isn't affected by rain. E.g. Goldshire inn. If it still rains through it then I guess GOs simply ain't rain proof

Yeah that's pretty much what I'm doing right now, it's one of the houses from Elwynn Forest, doesn't rain through the roof normally unless it's one that's spawned by me
