it's definitely a driver/dx9 issue somehow. I know someone managed to get wow to work with the guild wars mod to route everything through dx12, that might be a solution to this

another might be to let cache build up on one client and see if the crashes / shading bugs stop happening

I am tempted to think this is not actually related to the game and is likely some windows / amd issue
