because it's the same map, you can just take your dragon isles wdt and throw them into your noggit project path and it will override the oa stuff that's at the same location

oh, that map doesn't always show you the changes at all. I don't remember if it's even in the wdt, but it doesn't matter because you can just throw away your dragon isles wdt

just remove that wdt, enable the oa patch again and make sure the dragon isle adts are in a patch higher than oa, and it should work (note your noggit project path will have the highest priority in case you saved changes to those adts previously and you need to remove them from there)
