That was a incredibly good shout to use machinima tool though, spotted in about 30 seconds that my Diffuse Colour was set to black. If I change it, it fixes the lighting

And the ambient/diffuse colours are the first 2 values in the colour columns in LightIntBand.dbc so I was correct the issue was with that data
