i _think_ the `dbc` output from the mapextractor should be indicative of what dbcs the mapextractor then actually reads, but iirc not necessarily

Is there any Spell/Item Attribute which disables said Spell/Item at a certain Level, or is that something I'll have to implement myself? Just curious before I start putting work into it.
