Right now one way to look it up is Evowow then armor and filter on haste. If u want to see x haste then lookup a item with x amount of haste. They have a level slider so u can see how much % that haste is at all levels. Thats how I've been doing it myself. But a actuall list per level somewhere would be nice. If none exist I might make one at some point
