I'm trying to see if I can limit turning while attacking but I don't know how right mouse button based moving would override that.

Are there any NPCs that can cast while moving? I know there are spells for the player but are there NPCs that use them properly? Trying to find a way to make it work but it's a bit too hard coded atm.
