what about transmoging? the spell stays on the item, if you transmog the item, you dont get the spell

and the script was fairly easy as i wrote a script to gen the sql/dbcs so i just added a file write of all itemIDs

copy-paste into a lua table, then it just searched the table by itemID for transmog, aura'd the spell
