Does anyone have a clue why a chest appearance i custom added would appear on every character on the server even when they aren't wearing any items including the one item I custom added?

there's no duplicate names in my itemdisplayinfo.dbc, i thought maybe it was that, its not, it has to be something I changed with my dbc files, i don't understand how or why it shows on characters that have never even seen the item before, i can understand that when i add the customized dbc file to the server side dbc's that its capable of showing these boxes if its like bugged and the player puts it on or something but no one has seen this item in the game but my account

deleted the cache folder, now its no skin just this
