Yes, but constructing a proper question can be enough to get yourself on the right track, it can give you the insight to realize something you didn't think of to debug it yourself

time is very valuable to me though, i only ask the questions I do because I hit a wall and don't want to waste the time to trial and error it out, although I will if I have to, it took me 8 hours to figure out i just needed to essentially spell check my work lol
