All misc values per spell effect can be found somewhere in the server code right? Kinda wanna sit down and check em all out

Theyre referenced in GroundEffectTexture.dbc, you can find a lot if various tutorials on how to edit this DBC. Ground effects is best done when a map is fully completed as its not dynamic. So u gotta select the area's with what stuff u want as ground clutter. You'll figure it out
