I was expecting it to change this in game, it still shows me in Unknown

I have not painted anything in noggit, when i use Ctrl Left Click it doesn't bring up what i assume its supposed to bring up so that i can paint the area in to the map. It does nothing when i Ctrl Left Click with the Area table enabled
