this is what happens, it works correctly until it finishes its first loop, then it ignores the 10 seconds i set it to wait

So i'm just trying to get it to keep pausing for 10 seconds after they flap. Here is the m2 file. Please let me know what i'm doing wrong if anyone knows.

compare and you'll find out I did this exact same thing a while ago but my timer is longer but you'll be able to see what I did
