hey guys, I'm looking to do some simple color swaps on some items. I've been successful on swapping colors of blps for existing items, it's very straightforward, but I'm currently having some issues when trying to create a new item and use the new blps with existing weapon m2s. Any clue why this could be the case?

I converted the blp to and from png and just swapped the color to orange. If I insert a file in my patch with the same name then I get the swap on both the original and my new item. If I change the name of the blp and create a new itemdisplayinfo entry then it uses the original purple
