add on is called import-export : wow tools, should work if you put the folder in x\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\scripts\addons

i think the biggest issue is the antialiasing and how much more noticable the light is

yeah i double and triple checked doing that, still doesnt work, how do I make the addons appear if they are in my folder and do notappear in my blender client
