AC is a fork of TC, it has the same base
-the main difference is that TC mostly focuses on having clean code and coding strong systems, but the content is absolutely awful, a lot of stuff is not scripted at all and broken. devs are very elitists and making changes is pretty hard
-AC focuses a lot on improving the content, the content is in a muuuch better state and it is much easier to contribute and do changes, they don't expect you to write a 5 pages essay to change a creature resistance
