repacks beyond wotlk are barely playable, even less so moddable. These are mostly posted to ac-web and ownedcore, and with how most everyone here uses wotlk I think your best bet is to just try them out

but you won't have a good time beyond maybe tweaking a few numbers or possibly add a quest without compiling your own core for those versions

modcraft had a guide for getting noggit maps to work with wod, so maybe ask alastor for the scraps of that site

The emulator support is so bad on newer expansions that you're going to have a bad time with anything other than role-playing. Cataclysm/MoP might be alright now, they have had a lot of work but I don't follow it really
