[DiscordArchive] Quick question, is SMART_EVENT_FLAG_NOT_REPEATABLE in a smart script per client or per server restar

I'm actually not sure if this is a good solution considering the cooldown likely working differently than I first thought, maybe someone else has an idea, otherwise you could try out the idea of telling it not to repeat and then tell the NPC to call "Reset()" as an action in some interval or something

hopefully that makes sense, though like I said I have not tried using the non-repeat out of combat
