Oh I just noticed something odd.
Swapped it to the Teleport: Goldshire spell and same behaviour.
The item is disappearing between loading screens however.
Eg if I use it when basically stood next to where it teleports me too there's no loading screen so item remains.
If I run far away then use it then loading screen and it disappears.
If I add it to my bags then `.tele gmisland` it disappears.

Oh I didn't even notice on first glance, your item says "Northshire Valley", that means it requires the player to be in that zone for it to exist. You'll wanna remove the "area" on the item itself. Thats used for items you don't want players to take out of instances and stuff
