You just need a DBC editor, there are plenty of them out there and you should be able to find them on google/model-changing etc.
Once you have that you need to open the item.dbc from your server or client, and add a new row for your new item. The columns are documented here: https://wowdev.wiki/DB/Item
Now you need to add the modified item.dbc to your server and client. The server has a dbc folder and the client data needs to go in a new MPQ, typically something like `patch-4.mpq`. You need a MPQ editor to build this and the path should be `DBFilesClient\Item.dbc`
