if it's not ordered properly by map id, the client ignores it.
it works like that for talents.dbc, I aways edit it in CSV files to be able to order it properly

do you mean you have to reorder the entire thing if you add a new entry? or, if you add an entry, the entry is added next to other ContinentID entries and not at the end?
