you can `debug areatriggers` ingame command instead of an event, it fires immediately after verifying the location. After that it calls sScriptMgr, so I don't think there's anything touching map data here

the area trigger store is just a normal DBCStorage, so it won't do some magic filtering for missing map data when building either
