Extract works out the assets used and saves it to assets.txt, package copies the files from your data directory to a package directory based on the assets.txt

Bear in mind if they are normal Blizzlike assets for your client and they are not in your data directory, those also count as missing. But you can safely ignore those since it will be in the client
