your current issue on the loading screen looks like an interface file problem, so probably not a core issue (right now)

what stoneharry says is also true, custom classes and races are among the most difficult things to get right and will be extremely frustrating if you're not already very fluent with the formats, problems will arise on almost every step

Those are fine if you import them to SQL, can do everything with a few queries
