because afaik AIO cannot load before logging with your char

Stag form wasn't added until MoP, i'm in 3.3.5. I'm specifically asking about an NPC being attached to a player, so the player is still able to move normally and use abilities and such, but there is an NPC attached to them. I'm using that in combination with a shapeshift but that isn't important to the question
