the closest to that is hotswap, but I'm not sure if it's currently working on master, and I'm not sure areatrigger_template has .reload option

I mean normal mythic.
I am not even thinking about m+ at the moment, as I get that its not implemented.

that is because you're either missing instance_template, or you're not meeting conditions allowing you to enter (usually world_states)
