The files we currently load from Arctium are custom maps and so we need new server side maps for them, so I want to modify the extractor to load local files priority over CASC

Basically grep the local files with their relative file data id's and if the extractor hits one of those FDID's it tries to load local rather than through casc and thats it

Long story short is that we can upload our own maps. vmaps, mmaps for our custom areas so im just trying to generate them
