and I'm trying to use the ".learn all_gm", and system says the all_gm part is invalid.. am I typing it wrong?

Populated as in? Idk I would of guessed it would be in your general tab

the GM spells aren't there, and most of the worlds are vacant, very few creatures, and doesn't seem to be anything over lvl 35,
