server saves every 15min by default if I remember right (worldserver.conf)

The servers save fine the position and player information but the client settings and macros get reset on every restart, with or without "read only" for the client

Edit: For me it seems was a client issue (with or without readonly). I restart the computer and removed the read-only and it worked.
