Quick question. Installed everything and finally got the worldserver.exe and bnetserver.exe to work. How do I go about launching the actual game? I read everything about arctium, but how do I actually change the IP stuff? Or are there better launchers?

Change portal in WTF config to 127.0.0.1, if it's running on local machine, then just place arctium to your game folder root and run
