Okay, it works perfect. If someone need it, it's something like this
```py
# GlobalStrings.py
def generate(str0, str1, byte):
blob_data = (
str0.encode('utf-8') + b'\x00' +
str1.encode('utf-8') + b'\x00' +
bytes([byte]))
return "0x" + blob_data.hex().upper();
```

Is there a performance difference between working with implemented tables via hotfix_data and working via hotfix_blob? If I have, in theory, several tens of thousands of hotfixes, is there a difference between these two methods?

Hm... looks like working with blobs is much easier

the distinction is very simple - separate tables for db2 files worldserver needs to run (and i maintain their db structure) and blob for everything else (where i dont want to bother updating their structure/finding out new column names on every patch)

Interesting. In that case, I'll probably use blobs in the future. At least, I won't have to waste time implementing tables, and the amount of SQL code will be much less. Thanks again for explaining everything so clearly!
