Okay, it works perfect. If someone need it, it's something like this

Is there a performance difference between working with implemented tables via hotfix_data and working via hotfix_blob? If I have, in theory, several tens of thousands of hotfixes, is there a difference between these two methods?

the distinction is very simple - separate tables for db2 files worldserver needs to run (and i maintain their db structure) and blob for everything else (where i dont want to bother updating their structure/finding out new column names on every patch)
