Fact is that the feature in it's current form does not make any sense and is straight broken.
Those cell loads should happen on startup and not when the character logs in. It is fully useless otherwise. And that one leads to crashes (should ask asan again why
)But in it's current wrong working and broken form it's better to remove it <:lul:451485508380655616>

pretty sure that's because loading into a map spawns the transports that obviously load in at a point where there is no mmap data (ocean floor doesn't have any tiles)

I'm having some sort of compatibility issue somewhere, but I have to leave the house for a bit — but otherwise, everything was working fine before (and the htofix finally pushed through, so that's good too).

When I go to log into the game, server has a red-colored "Incompatible" stamp on the server list.

that's mismatching game versions. So you either missed an auth update or your client is outdated (blizz pushed a new build yesterday)
