First I hope you are not doing that manually. And yes it might take some time depending on the sql server configuration and hardware. might even be like 15+ minutes sometimes with those bigger files

No, using worldserver, but it's just paused here in the cmd prompt. I'll just let it sit for a while and see if it just completes at some point.

some hotfix sql files are just very large and take some time
