How else do you want to delete records? If you dont restart, you could be deleting records that are being referenced right now (spellInfo for example) so if you don't reboot the whole thing, you can end up with nullptrs

if the current code is writing without any validation of those things already and 100% static never changes datastores in mind it fundamental design issue atm
