Yes. I was told multiple times I wasn't following the guide, so, figured I must've been messing something up.

open heidi sql, delete auth, characters and world and let the worldserver do the work for you

I don't think master would print min version required as 1.1 (hope it doesnt). So I'm not sure if you are using latest master. And be sure to not install the light version of openssl and nothing else

I even reinstalles everything but still get this error
