Oh, the .7z file. Yeah, those actually both imported just fine — it went through auth, character, etc., the two TBD's, and then threw the error when trying to populate world.

because if u executed stuff before as shauren said, u will have some tables in there and it wont work

That is updating nt populating. So you had something in world before populating
