hi, i'm looking at spell reflect logic comparing to retail and noticed spells with `AttributesEx12: 0x00000004 (SPELL_ATTR12_UNK2)` can't be reflected on retail, like `ID - 441626 Web Vortex` Does anyone know what this attribute might mean?

the only way to find out is to compare all spells with that attribute and find out what they have in common
