Let me please just give you little back-story of where my thoughs came from..
I found a similarity in the content and what I do at work..
After that I let the topic go
I work and develop for company providing payroll engine and all financial stuff around. We have Law & Legislation changes almost monthly.. Overlapping laws.. Software needs to be able to ReRun declarations back in time ( time travaling ).
We can not do that with multiple engines (=cores). We have 1 core that at any given moment can act as if it all conditions where active as theywhere then.
