That's another thing that would be fixed with vcpkg; vcpkg automatically copies the required DLLs to the folder of the .exe so you don't need to yourself

Like, what? Portal MySQL server makes 0 sense. You have actual data (and a lot of it) to move around too

You only need to run extractor when new maps are added; so, the 2nd: just recompile

as in, TC might not have that atm, but they do support copying these files with proper configuration, in the same way vcpkg supports it with proper configuration too
