I was just mostly wondering if it could be handled in db or required scripting...if it's a flag quest, I can do that with condition 47

but in my sniffs I did not see such a flag quest, that's why I was kind of confused

we might have simply lost the quest from db somehow - and blizz changing it to no longer send query response for it

if its still a quest (that is, QuestCompleted field changes) then you can pull it from cata db or just make it by hand

atm blizz still sends hidden flag quests in QuestCompleted even if they dont send you the quest
