ah wait, the tick to update facing is supposed to be ignored if we're using SetFacing helpers?

the issue was that the spline needed one update tick to apply the facing change. so if you call SetFacing methods and you wanna perform an action that requires an updated angle, you couldn't do that within the same update tick
