There are multiple procflags for damage taken like "taken harmful spell damage" and all the others which are there. If you are talking about Sanctuary spell you already have an aoe absorb aura on your caster and can use the regular absorb hook in AuraScript

shauren have you checked if your changes in the spline PR actually work? afaik facing splines launch with a duration of 0 and updating spline movement requires at least a diff time of 1 because the spline code rejects 0 difftime
