the string from the output is telling you which phases the npc uses. it is now them up for you to find the corresponding phasexphasegroupId

the wpp output is only telling you which phases the npc was seen in. it is not recommended to just slap this as phaseId into the db

wpp output is a list of phases that the PLAYER was in when you saw the npc, you need to pick the correct one manually (its possible that if all of phases are cosmetic the npc is not in any of them)
