it's not 100% worked out now, but it's definitely a breakthrough and can help us have a baseline for drop rates for loot templates

the good thing about this assumption is if it's even remotely correct, it means that whenever we see one of the common 80% loot drops happen on retail, it means we know exactly what table is being rolled on

because all the items in that table will be grouped, so we can just make a loot reference table for them all

its kinda grouped per mob family/race as in elementals, humans etc afaik
