the reflect part.....does it reffer to % from the shield i still have left on me OR % from dmg that i recieved and got absorbed?

it refers to the... well.. absorbed damage value. so if your shield absorbs 10 damage, you reflect the pct amount of effect_0 (CalculatePct(absorbedDamage, aurEff->GetAmount());
