Certs just go in your server folder and in your auth config

Locally? nothing. it just works
external host? u wont be abel to connect and client also wont start.

is the client still connected to bnet servers? i mean the breaking news info etc or it is only using the created server only?

the client still connects for a few things to blizzard servers. Breaking news is one of them. Maybe some client telemetry. But nothing related to your own server

But the client is going to work fine without info from blizzard servers? If i want to use it just offline?
