Changes proposed:
the skinning loot check had an inverted logic which was causing lootless-creatures to be falsely marked as skinned and thus despawned instantly.
Tests performed:

that's what I suspected because that check is within personal loot. Can u get me some proof for that so I can adapt the fix accordingly?
